Since the Freedom of Stitch mixed media philosophy is one of mixing, distressing, distorting, deranging, and otherwise being fearless with your media, you may be tempted to alter, add to, subtract from, or otherwise tart up a Freedom of Stitch image and call it your own. Your purchase of Freedom of Stitch/Fearless Stitcher materials gives you only the right to use said materials for yourself, it does not allow you ownership rights to said materials

You may make electronic reproductions of Freedom of Stitch materials in small quantity, or make changes to materials for your own Fearless Stitch enjoyment, but not to share, distribute, or sell. In such cases as your fearless mixing media may distort, alter, obscure, or otherwise distress Freedom of Stitch materials, you must still respect copyright restrictions and trademark notices because the images, design sheets, patterns, instructions and text are still not yours, only being used by you. I work hard to provide you with cool materials, so please give proper credit. Mixed media embroidery images, designs, patterns, or instructions can be worked on any surface you choose, and may then be displayed, gifted, or sold in quantities less than 50 per each image, design sheet, or pattern purchase. However, images, patterns, design sheets, instructions, and downloads cannot be shared, swapped, given away, or sold.

If your excitement about Freedom of Stitch/Fearless Stitcher designs compels you to share the mixed media stitch love, please evangelize by referring others to www.freedomofstitch.com to partake of the stitchy love themselves. Please don’t steal from me by sharing YOUR purchases with others.

Trademark
Certain Freedom of Stitch materials are protected and may not be used or displayed: Go Stitch Up the Place, Where Art and Craft Meet Stitch, and Fearless Stitch/Fearless Stitcher pattern or kit names and any logos associated with the aforementioned are trademarks of Victoria Crowder Payne and Freedom of Stitch and may not be used without the prior written consent of Victoria Crowder Payne.

Severability
The provisions set forth herein are intended to be severable. If for any reason any of the above provisions should be found unenforceable or invalid in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of the determination of invalidity or unenforceability in that jurisdiction. Any such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
